Booking Policy

📅 Booking

  • Book early to get your preferred date and time
  • Send your wig ahead for prepping to minimise your appointment time
  • All appointments require 50% deposit after booking
  • No extra guests during appointments

⏰ Delay/Cancellation Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • 20% charge may apply for delays after 30 minutes of appointment time
  • Last minute changes may incur additional charges

💰 Refund Policy

  • No refunds after cancellation or after the service has been rendered

💳 Payment Policy

  • 50% deposit can be made via transfer or cash
  • Remaining balance must be paid in cash
  • Kindly avoid using reference when making payments
