BOOKING POLICIES
Please click and read each policies carefully before booking your appointment.
Cancellation
Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the remaining total.
Any same-day cancellations will result in a charge of the full remaining amount.
Any rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours prior to your booking.
No refunds after services have been rendered.
Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer or cash.
Emergency slots or outside working hours slots (6pm–7am) require an extra £20. Please DM us for enquiries.
Appointments Preparation
Ensure your hair is freshly washed, detangled, and free of excess oils if you’re not using a new wig.
For reinstalls, please ensure your lace is clean and in good condition — otherwise an extra £15 will be charged for cleaning.
Ensure cornrows are flat enough. Coming with no cornrows for wig installations will incur an extra £20 charge.
Hair must be dropped off a minimum of 3–7 days before your appointment date. When dropping off, please include: Name/Instagram, Date of install/collection, and Phone number.
No extra guests are allowed at appointments unless they also have a booking with us.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is given. After that, a £10 late fee applies.
If you are more than 60 minutes late, you will lose your deposit and will either be charged a new price or have your appointment cancelled with the balance charged.
Home Services Appointments
An extra fee applies depending on your location. Please DM us for enquiries.
There must be a comfortable space available for work. No pets allowed while services are being rendered.
Bridal Service Policies
Traveling and accommodation costs are covered by the client.
Wigs are available at discounted prices when booking with us.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Reception styling must be done no later than 5 hours after the main styling. Extra £50 per hour applies for delays.
A privacy charge applies if you don’t want your job posted on our page — though you have the right to choose when it’s posted.
Destination jobs come with extra travel charges (details included in the contract).

Consultations are only free if a booking has already been made.
